The first video segment is 75 seconds of an 11 minute 15 second APD dashcam clip. The second video segment is 75 seconds of a 13-minute 59-second APD dashcam clip. The third segment is 105 seconds of an 11-minute 34-second APD dashcam clip. there is no sound from 0:00 to 1:00 and there is no sound from 1:15 to 3:30.

Note also that we had a "Zoom issue" and lost our connection with Rich for several minutes. There was an 8-minute 45-second segment that was cut from the podcast (starting at about 13 minutes and replaced with a couple of seconds of static) which was followed by showing the video (link). So, for those of you listening to the podcast, for four-plus minutes after the static, you will be missing a video we watched. That video is important to understanding what happened and what is being discussed later in the podcast. As described above, much of the video is without sound.
